Seoul Sausage on ‘The Great Food Truck Race’: Week 2 Recap

Coming off of a strong win from last week’s sales in LA, Seoul Sausage Company gets a call from the gals of Nonna’s Kitchenette as they approach Flagstaff, Arizona. Apparently, there is strength in food truck numbers, so they decide to team up and head to the same location in downtown Heritage Square along with Momma’s Grizzly Grub. Host Tyler Florence gives them seed money of $400 and the weekend to sell, sell, sell.
Seoul Sausage is officially the ones to beat, but this is uncharted territory.
“In L.A., we got all of our friends and family there, but in Flagstaff we don’t have that advantage anymore. It’s really important for us to show that we don’t need our friends and family to win,” says Korean American chef Chris.
